Monthly Junior Optimist Award presented by the P.A. Optimist Club

This is a new award for outstanding, youths (under 21 years old) based on:
optimism, volunteerism, community involvement, scholastics, sports and culture. 
The Prince Albert Optimist Club will be awarding the Junior Optimist Awrd monthly starting in 2017.
